It is impossible to write how I felt when I went to Florida and bought a house in a place I've never lived nor knew anyone! This was a new home and I could not find much information on the builder. I decided to have an inspection done. Luckily, I ran into this website. I chose 3DInspections and Dennis, the inspector, did a wonderful job! At first I was skeptical about hiring this company. I read one review mentioning that 3D Inspections subcontracted the project to a third party and we did not want that to happen with our first home. Buying a first home is a big deal and we wanted to make sure we hired a qualified and experienced company. We ultimately decided to go ahead with 3D inspections because of the other many great reviews and because of the great customer service when we called to ask questions.We needed an inspection done immediately and they were able to deliver. Dennis had all the qualifications and experience we were looking for and even encouraged us to be present during the inspection. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable during the process.
